• Technical Documentation: Draft user manuals, functional specifications, and training materials for clients.
• Problem Solving: Handle first-level system troubleshooting and collaborate with the development team for bug resolution.
• Continuous Upskilling: Fast-track your knowledge by earning certifications in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or network security as sponsored by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Technical Foundation: Basic familiarity with databases (SQL), the software development lifecycle (SDLC), or basic networking concepts.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional curiosity, active listening skills, and a strong drive to learn complex technical architectures quickly.
