Role Purpose: A strategic leader and architect. You will manage high-value enterprise accounts, design complex system architectures, and lead project delivery teams while driving strategic business growth.

Key Job Duties:

• Strategic Architecture: Design scalable, end-to-end IT infrastructures and software solutions that directly align with client long-term digital transformation objectives.
• Project Governance: Lead cross-functional project teams, taking ultimate accountability for project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted adviser to client C-level executives, confidently presenting technical business cases and managing complex account negotiations.
• Mentorship & Culture: Provide mentorship and career coaching to Consultant Trainees and Consultants, upholding high standards of engineering and service excellence.
• Business Development: Assist in pre-sales activities, including drafting technical proposals (RFP responses) and identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of extensive experience in IT consultancy or technical solution delivery, preferably with a track record at reputable tech firms.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, modern database structures, workflow automation, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder environments and guiding technical teams toward successful project deliveries.
• Communication: Superior presentation, negotiation, and high-level technical storytelling skills.
