Role Purpose: A mid-level execution powerhouse. You will take ownership of specific project modules, bridging the gap between client business requirements and technical solution delivery.

Key Job Duties:

• Solution Implementation: Drive the deployment of IT solutions (software, hardware, network integration) from initial blueprinting to the go-live phase.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for mid-sized accounts, gathering expectations and translating them into robust functional designs.
• System Customization: Configure, test, and optimize enterprise systems to perfectly match client workflows and reduce administrative inefficiencies.
• UAT & Training: Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver hands-on training sessions to client end-users.
• Risk Mitigation: Manage day-to-day project milestones, proactively flagging project risks or scope creep to the management team.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid experience in IT consulting, software implementation, or systems integration.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with mainstream enterprise platforms (e.g., cloud platforms, ERP/CRM systems, custom programming tracking, or network setups).
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to dissect client pain points and confidently propose technology-driven solutions.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS/Azure, or equivalent vendor accreditations are highly preferred.
